Extreme Klezmer Makeover

Jewish Klezmer music borrowed its exuberant, whimsical, whining, driving rhythms and melodies from the musical traditions of 19th century Eastern European wedding dance music and 20th century American big band jazz and Yiddish theater. Adding Cajun, Bluegrass, Middle Eastern, Reggae, Spanish, and Schmaltz, Extreme Klezmer Makeover peppers up its own brew of traditional and original Klezmer music.
