Classes and Workshops

Jamie is currently teaching group and private classes for kids and adults in Topanga Canyon or at your private home

Beginners welcome

Jamie will help you experience the joy of hand drumming or expand on what you already know. Whether you play Djembe, Dumbek, Frame Drums, Tambourine or shakers, Jamie can help you find your groove or get your groove back!

Jamie is currently teaching group classes:

at the Coyote Club in Topanga Canyon 120 N. Topanga Canyon Blvd.

Tuesday from 4:15– 5:00 PM beginning kids 8 yrs. and up. Learn Middle Eastern Rhythms
Tuesday from 5:00 – 5:45 PM intermediate kids 8 yrs. and up. Learn Middle Eastern Rhythms
Tuesday from 5:45 – 6:45 PM General Hand Drumming for Teens and Adults

Rates:

Adult & Teens classes:
single class $18
4 classes - $60 ($17.50 each)
8 classes - $100 ($12.50 each)

Youth classes (8 - 12 yrs):
single class $18
4 classes - $60 ($15 each)
8 classes- $100 ($12.50 each)

Private classes by appointment

Private Rates
$50 per hour in Topanga Canyon my place or yours
$75 - $100 per hour at your place outside Topanga

Workshop Rates

If you put together a group class of at least 4 paying particiants, you will get your class for free

$25 per participant (minimum group of 4)

Jamie also facilitates healing drum circles as well as puts bands together for groups, parties and events to meet your specific needs.
